ATHUREIN SOE
BIOGRAPHY
Athurein Soe is a talented artist from Myanmar, born in 1993 in Dawei Township, Tanintharyi Division. He honed his skills at the State School of Fine Art in Yangon and has a strong background in both watercolor and acrylic painting.
Athurein’s work was first showcased in his solo exhibition “The Melodies” at Lokanet Galleries in Yangon, and since then he has participated in numerous group exhibitions both in Myanmar and abroad. Some of the notable exhibitions include the 10th Asean Student Young Artists Art Festival (ASYAAF) in 2017, the Siepfest 2021 Semarang International Aquarelle Painting Festival, and the Malaysia International Online Juried Art Competition in 2022.
Athurein Soe’s work showcases his expertise in both watercolor and acrylic painting, and his style is influenced by contemporary techniques and themes. His paintings are known for their vibrant color palettes, intricate details, and modern interpretations of traditional Myanmar art.
